You pay a fixed schedule of base rent, like a mortgage, for up to 15 years. Yes, no more ridiculous rent increases!

Live between 5 - 15 years!

Increases in property taxes, insurance, and capital reserves will apply, just like a mortgage. These increases are not driven by Withus, but by the government and CPI.

You scale to earn equity every year for good tenancy through multiple phases.

You can build up to 45% equity if you stay the full term with us!
